Every time you talk with a customer, a prospective client, a candidate for hiring, a co-employee, a boss or a colleague, you’re interviewing. The process of gathering information that can be useful for you and your company is called an interview. We all use this skill everyday but very few of us have developed the techniques to make an interview worthwhile.

This workshop will teach participants interviewing skills that will get people you “interview” to give you detailed and accurate information during a conversation. The workshop will help you plan and prepare for a productive interview session at whatever occasion. Participants will learn various methods of crafting questions, understanding responses, reading body language and taking important cues.
