Time and Stress Management
Key to productivity is adequate prioritization of the vital activities in contrasts to the trivial many. The ability of a person to sort out what is important and not necessarily urgent provides him the power to control pressures and activities. Stress is a function of the inability of the person to sort and attend to the important matters immediately even before it becomes urgent and pressing thereby resulting to increase used of time and effort. What a waste!
Effective time and stress management revolves around the ability of the person to manage his activities well. It is not one of time management per se but more so on adequate prioritization of activities based on the set goals or objectives within a given time period.
The seminar on Time and Stress Management is a one-day workshop designed to present to the participants the paradigm of forward planning, goal setting and activities management thereby providing more time for work, family, leisure and life.
